Lisa Fenech has been an associate at Schnurr Kirsh Oelbaum Tator LLP for several years.

She approaches estate litigation with a pragmatic style, knowing that such cases are complicated by emotional challenges and that the solutions need to be legal as well as practical. Clients appreciate Lisa’s efficient approach to resolution of their cases. Lisa has consistently achieved successful resolutions for her clients in and out of court.

Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2010, where she graduated with high distinction and won the St. Michael’s Foundation Scholarship and various other in-course scholarships. Lisa graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013 and was the recipient of the Charles Edward Woodrow award for academic achievement. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014.

Lisa articled as a judicial law clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, where she conducted legal research and wrote memoranda for judges.

Lisa enjoys working out, travelling and frequenting cafés. She is fluent in Maltese.
