Rob Levesque has been practicing exclusively in the area of estates, trusts and capacity litigation since joining Schnurr Kirsh Oelbaum Tator LLP in 2010. Rob is passionate about his clients and their cases, and will use his focused set of skills to get you the best possible result, whether that involves litigation, or negotiation out of court. Above all, Rob seeks to find the quick and economical solution for his clients. He will work with you to make sure that he understands your goals, and will keep in communication with you to make sure that you understand each step of the process. In addition to his law degree, which he received from the University of Western Ontario, Rob holds a Masters degree in philosophy from the University of Waterloo. 

Rob has been recognized by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in Canada for 2025-2026 in the Best Lawyers in Canada Survey in the specialty area of Estates and Trusts.
